can sombody help me with electronics problems in my car?

I have a 1989 Camry and recently tried to install an aftermarket radio but i utterly failed.
In the meantime, I also ended up screwing up other electronic things in my car, my dashboard light does not come on, neither of the lights on the ceiling of my car work, and also my rear tail lights do not turn on.
Can anybody help me?
Well, I got a replacement fuse (the fuse was fried), yet the lights still do not work, I’ve used multiple different fuses and still got the same results

Sounds like you blew a fuse. The dash and tail lights are usually on the same fuse. Thiere is a reason for it. You always know when you lose dash lights so that’s the best way to insure you do something when the taillights go out. Don’t just look at the fuse and assume it’s good, because it looks OK. Many times I have seen a fuse that looked OK that actually tested bad.
I could help you if you live in arizona but helping over the internet is impossible. I would man up, stop, and take it to a place that installs stereos, explain what you did, and pay the 100 dollars for a professional install.
